The weather has finally been nice enough to sit outside! Kees loves to sit outside to eat. He said to Steve the other day while walking out into the sunshine, "Nice winter day." He wanted to wear his snow boots outside but I had to tell him that it was warm outside!!

I make it with coconut milk and add curry powder and ginger. It is sooo good. Also we like to add fresh pineapple, raisins, and banana!
and peanuts!
